We have two different areas of Customer Service: Consumables and First and Last Impressions. Through the interviewing process we will decide which department we feel is the best fit for you, while taking your preference into consideration.
Below is a brief description of each department.
The Consumables team will:
- Prepare and serve scrumptious food (sometimes in fast-paced setting)
- Engage and assist customers with their food and beverage needs
- Assist visitors with concerns while visiting the Park
- Maintain Park Grounds by picking up trash, cleaning, etc.
The First and Last Impressions team will:
- Welcome guests to the Park and set the tone for their visit
- Ensure guests enjoyed their visit prior to leaving
- Handle guests' questions in-person and on the phone
- Assist with office duties
- Keep the gift shop stocked and in order
- Have a good understanding of all the services offered by Tanganyika

Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation for this position is hourly. The starting rate is $7.25
